Sylvia Price, (pictured) owner of Serenity Garden Tea House, was born in Amsterdam, Holland. She has traveled extensively through-out the world. With a rich culinary background and training Sylvia has successfully owned and operated a cosmopolitan restaurant, catering business and run cooking shows and workshops.
